Refund Eligibility
- Free Trial: We offer a free trial period for new students. If you are not satisfied after attending the free trial session, you can decide not to proceed with the paid course without any obligation.
- Refunds After Course Start: Once you have made the payment and the course has commenced, refunds are generally not provided. This is due to the administrative costs and the personalized nature of our services.
- Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional cases, such as an emergency or unavoidable circumstances, you may request a refund within 7 days of your course start date. The refund will be considered only after review, and if deemed appropriate, a partial refund may be issued.
2. Refund Process
- Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team at info@alshiaquranacademy.com within 7 days from the start of the course. Please include your full name, course details, payment proof, and a reason for the refund request.
- Review Process: Once we receive your refund request, it will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. If your request meets the criteria, we will process your refund.
- Refund Amount: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, minus any processing fees or applicable charges. If the course has already been partially completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the number of sessions attended.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
- If you are dissatisfied with the content but have already completed or accessed significant portions of the course.
- If you fail to attend the classes without informing us in advance.
- If the payment was made in full and you request a refund after the 7-day grace period has passed.
- If you have enrolled in a course under a promotional offer or discount that specifically states no refunds.
4. Course Transfer
If you are unable to continue with the course, you may be eligible to transfer to another course or reschedule sessions. Please contact our support team to discuss the options available.
5. Cancellations by Us
In the rare event that Al-Shia Online Quran Academy needs to cancel a course or session, we will notify you in advance and offer a full refund or alternative solutions.

We reserve the right to amend or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting.
